Managing Well Series

Healthy, connected, and productive teams don’t just happen by chance. They require time, effort, and intention. In this 6-week, self-paced series, you will learn how to use wellbeing techniques to motivate your team, improve morale, and create a positive workplace culture. You will learn from leaders across the University and have opportunities to network, share, and learn from other managers in your cohort. Participants will receive links to on-demand video content each Monday of the program and commit to attending at least 4 of 6 discussions held on Thursdays from 2-2:30pm via Zoom.
