In this 3-part progressive series, learn the basics, guidelines, and benefits of exercise and how we can personalize our routines to best target our specific fitness goals. It is recommended that all attendees come each week to be able to apply the learned information to their daily fitness routine. Learn more and register here!

Each workshop is being held twice. One in-person workshop and one via a webinar. Select the workshop date/time that is most convenient for you. Separate registration for each individual workshop is required to attend.
