In this workshop, we will:

· Talk about plant selection
· Review harvesting basics
· Learn about herbal tea properties and flavors
· Cover the basics of creating tasty tea blends
Creating a Garden for Butterflies with Master Gardener Ron Simpson
Butterflies are welcome, but fleeting, summer visitors to our gardens. We can increase their numbers if we provide suitable habitat. This workshop will discuss both the larval and adult feeding requirements, and the native plants and flowers that provide them, for a dozen or more butterflies that we commonly see in Delaware. In the end, you will understand what to plant in your garden to attract more butterflies.
Registrants will receive a zoom link and additional details to connect to our program by Friday, March 26.
This program is brought to you by University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a land-grant institution.
This institution is an equal opportunity provider. If you have special needs that need to be accommodated, please contact the office two weeks prior to the event.
