Navigating a Multigenerational Workforce-CANCELED

This is a past event

For the first time ever, there are 5 generations in the workplace, creating an extremely diverse work environment. Each generation has its own ideas, opinions, and perspectives making each one valuable and unique to an organization. How can we promote and support the health and wellbeing of us and our colleagues? Join us for a dynamic discussion on overcoming the challenges and realizing the benefits of a multigenerational workforce. Registration is required.

This conversation series allows the community to talk to industry experts about a variety of topics. The goal of each event is to take the "clinical" out of the conversation. Audience members are encouraged to ask questions and share stories. The series, which runs throughout the 2019-2020 academic year, is moderated by Former Cabinet Secretary of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services, Rita Landgraf.

These events are FREE and open to the general public, University of Delaware employees and students. All sessions take place from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and are held in the Audion at the Tower at STAR (100 Discovery Blvd, Newark, DE 19713). Learn more and register here.
