The City of Newark's Parks and Recreation Department, in cooperation with the University of Delaware, and the Christina School District present the area's premier festival on Sunday, September 20. This exciting event features fun for the entire family. The Green provides the perfect outdoor venue for local musicians and demonstration groups. A food court will have a variety of foods. Fine Art and Homemade Craft vendors will be displaying and selling their creations. The Children's Area is always a big hit with scarecrow making and more. Community information booths and activities are supplied by a variety of local businesses and organizations.
