The Delaware Institute for Excellence in Early Childhood (DIEEC) in partnership with the Delaware Early Childhood Council, is hosting a panel discussion to reflect on the film "No Small Matter," in celebration of "The Week of the Young Child." Participants will have the opportunity to view this groundbreaking documentary about the value of early childhood education and then discuss it with early childhood education advocates such as First Lady Tracey Quillen Carney and Dean Gary Henry, College of Education and Human Development.
