 niversity of Delaware Speakers\n\nProfessor Viet Dinh\, Department of Engl
 ish\, will speak about Laszlo Krasznahorkai\, winner of the Prize in Liter
 ature\, for his compelling and visionary oeuvre that\, in the midst of apo
 calyptic terror\, reaffirms the power of art. Professor Klaus Theopold\, D
 epartment of Chemistry and Biochemistry\, will speak about Susumu Kitagawa
 \, Richard Robson and Omar M. Yaghi\, winners of the Prize in Chemistry\, 
 for the development of metal–organic frameworks.Professor Jeremy Tobacma
 n\, Department of Economics\, will speak about Joel Mokyr\, Philippe Aghio
 n and Peter Howitt\, winners of the Prize in Economics\, for having explai
 ned innovation-driven economic growth and for the theory of sustained grow
 th through creative destruction.Professor Ramona Neunuebel\, Department of
  Biological Sciences\, will speak about Mary E. Brunkow\, Fred Ramsdell an
 d Shimon Sakaguchi\, winners of the Prize in Medicine\, for their discover
 ies concerning peripheral immune tolerance.Professor and Chair\, Mónica D
 omínguez Torres\, Department of Art History\, will speak about Maria Cori
 na Machado\, winner of the Prize in Peace\, for her tireless work promotin
 g democratic rights for the people of Venezuela and for her struggle to ac
 hieve a just and peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy.Profes
