Living with the Shore: Visions of Adaptation for Coastal Communities (Ocean Currents Lecture Series)

This is a past event

Earth, ocean, and environmental sciences enthusiasts won’t want to miss the Ocean Currents Lecture Series, continuing this summer from May to September. The lecture series is free and open to the public.

A.R. Siders: “Living with the Shore: Visions of Adaptation for Coastal Communities.” Climate change threatens the people, infrastructure, and economies of coastal communities. We'll discuss what options are available to coastal towns not only to face these threats but to redesign our relationship with the coast and, in the process, save the coasts we value so highly.
