This workshop will explore conditions that create an environment focused on teacher candidate professional growth during student teaching.

Administrators will learn how to:

• select the “best fit” clinical educators from the teaching staff
• create a welcome orientation that clearly articulates school-building expectations
• provide professional mentorship to candidates
