Launching successful academic careers can be challenging for early career academy members. Junior professors frequently identify proposal development as a major obstacle they encounter in maintaining sustainable research programs. This presentation will share insights on various elements of proposal development, including gaining proposal writing experience, formulating proposal ideas as an independent researcher, and searching for key research investment areas.
