The 10th Summit of the Resilient And Sustainable Communities League (RASCL) will explore innovative land use strategies, tools, and local success stories for building climate and environmental resilience. The event will be moderated by Delaware Sea Grant’s Coastal Hazards Specialist Danielle Swallow.  It will feature presentations by Smart Growth America, the US Climate Alliance, and a message from our Governor.
