In a powerful historical narrative spanning nearly two millennia, Teter describes how theological and legal frameworks created by the church centuries ago led to legal exclusion, persecution, and a denial of equality and rights to both Jews and Black people. This lecture is free and open to the public. Networking and light refreshments begin at 5:00 pm and the lecture at 5:30 pm.
