FREE Weekly Recovery Yoga on Wednesdays.  Recovery Yoga can be a tool for personal change and healing, and may be helpful to those recovering from alcohol or drug use, mental health issues, eating disorders, victimization, war, and other forms of trauma.  All are welcome and the sessions are designed for those who wish to practice yoga in a contemplative space.  No prior yoga experience necessary, and free mats will be given to any participants who need them. 

 

Recovery Yoga is intended for the practice of yoga, not as a support group.  Everyone's privacy is valued -- no one is asked why they attend or any other personal information.  (NO CLASS week of Spring Break.)
