 ng effective communication\, addressing Equity and Inclusion\, aligning ex
 pectations and fostering independence. Investigators will learn essential 
 skills to be more effective with students and craft more competitive mento
 ring plans and broader impact statements that are now expected for interna
 l and external proposals. More opportunities will be scheduled for spring.
  Last year\, 55 faculty participated in mentor training workshops. Join th
