About this Event
Yoga is a tool for personal change and mental healing. This is a gentle yoga class, appropriate for beginners; those in need of emotional healing (recovering from drug and alcohol use, mental health struggles, eating disorders, sexual assault, etc.); and anyone who wants to try yoga to enhance well-being.
Classes are free, and no registration is required. Sessions take place in Room 101 in Warner Hall. Please bring your own mat if you have one. We have a limited supply of free mats for those who don't have one.
Spring classes run every Monday from February 2 through May 18, excluding the week of Spring Break (March 23).
NOTE: Class size is limited to 25
