Yoga is a tool for personal change and mental healing. This is a gentle yoga class, appropriate for beginners, those in need of emotional healing (recovering from drug and alcohol use, mental health struggles, eating disorders, sexual assault, etc.), and anyone who wants to try yoga to enhance well-being.

Classes are free, no registration is required and takes place in Room 101 in Warner Hall, 280 The Green. Please bring your own mat if you have one. We have a limited supply of free mats for those who don't have one.

First Class: 5:00-6:00 PM

2nd Class: 7:00-8:00 PM
