Yoga is a tool for personal change and mental healing. This is a gentle yoga class, appropriate for beginners, for those in need of emotional healing (recovering from drug and alcohol use, mental health struggles, eating disorders, sexual assault, etc.) and for anyone who wants to try yoga to enhance wellbeing.  
 

Classes are free, no registration required, and takes place in Room 101 in Warner Hall, 280 The Green.  Please bring your own mat if you have one.  We have a limited supply of free mats for those who don't have one
