ServSafe Food Protection Manager Training for professionals, food service workers, and quantity food preparers.

New Certification costs $175 and includes textbook, exam, and full day class with lunch (9am-6pm).  Recertification costs $85 and includes exam only (3:30-6pm).  All attendees must register in advance. Registration closes 3 weeks prior to class date.
