Food Safety Training for Professionals, Food Service Workers and Quantity Food Preparers. Cost is $175 for textbook, exam and class; recertification is $85 and starting time for recertification is 3:30 pm.

This training is approved by DE Department of Agriculture for On-Farm food sales and by the DE Division of Public Health for Cottage Industry Entrepreneurs.
