ServSafe Food Protection Manager Training and Exam in Sussex County.

Food Safety Training for Professionals, Food Service Workers, and Quantity Food Preparers. 

New Certification costs $175 and includes textbook, exam, and full day class with lunch (9am-6pm).

Recertification costs $85 and includes exam only (3:30-6pm).

Attendees must register in advance. Registration closes 3 weeks prior to class date. 

This training is approved by the Delaware Department of Agriculture for On-Farm Food Sales, and by the Delaware Division of Public Health for Cottage Industry Entrepreneurs.
