The SKY Happiness Retreat is a nationally acclaimed 9-hour well-being, breathwork and meditation retreat offered at more than 100 campuses across the country. This retreat is a deep immersion in evidence-based breathwork and meditation practices, social connection, emotional intelligence, and mindful leadership. The cornerstone practice of SKY Breath Meditation uses cyclical, rhythmic patterns of breath to easily bring the mind and body into a state of meditation. Research has shown that SKY significantly reduces depression and anxiety while increasing feelings of well-being, optimism, mental focus, and positive emotion. 

 

3-days, 3.5 hours each day includes vegetarian dinner and connection time
