ServSafe Food Protection Manager Training for professionals, food service workers, and quantity food preparers.

**Class, textbook, and exam will be in Spanish**

New Certification costs $175 and includes textbook, exam, and full day class with lunch on May 31 (9am-4pm), then test on June 4 (4-6pm)..  Recertification costs $85 and includes exam only (June 4, 4-6pm).  All attendees must register in advance. Registration closes 3 weeks prior to class date.
