ServSafe Food Protection Manager Training for professionals, food service workers, and quantity food preparers.
**This class and exam will be in Spanish.**
New Certification costs $150 and includes textbook, exam, and two-evening class. Recertification costs $85 and includes exam and two-evening class (textbook not included). All attendees must register in advance and attend BOTH evening sessions (February 25 and 27 from 4-8pm). Registration closes 3 weeks prior to class date.
