Starting Vegetable Seeds for Your Spring Garden: Tips for Success Workshop

This is a past event

Have you ever tasted a tomato grown from a seed you planted yourself?  There is absolutely no comparison! In this session, participants will learn helpful tips on selecting the perfect seed for your garden, preparing, planting and caring for seedlings and plants to guarantee a bountiful harvest.  Participants will have the opportunity to compare seed packets, explore a variety of indoor planting mediums, while learning about the process of growing seeds indoors.

This program is brought to you by University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources—a land-grant institution.

This institution is an equal opportunity provider. If you have special needs that need to be accommodated, please contact the office two weeks prior to the event.
