Talent Development Workshop: Communication Skills for Excellent Customer Service

This class presents communication skills that effectively meet the personal and practical needs of both internal and external customers. Using videos and case studies, learners will apply a set of skills which will enable them to identify and respond to dissatisfied customers in order to turn difficult customer situations into positive interactions.
