The Religion and Reproductive Politics virtual speaker series, which is part of the Reproductive Righteousness Project (www.reproright.com) and sponsored by the Luce-AAR Advancing Public Scholarship Grant program, focuses on emerging scholarly and advocacy voices at the intersections of religion and reproductive justice.

The series will feature six 90 minute virtual events hosted on Zoom during the 2024-25 academic year. Our vision is to bring experts on religion and reproduction into interdisciplinary conversations and to support a community of emerging researchers, advocates, and practitioners. Gathering interdisciplinary feminist scholars of religion and reproduction in a time of intensifying hostility to reproductive, queer, trans, BIPOC, and other human rights to discuss these matters is as urgent as ever.

We hope you will join us for this exciting and engaging series!

Micki Burdick, University of Delaware

Risa Cromer, Purdue University
