2023 JOHN L. WEINBERG DISTINGUISHED SPEAKER

The Weinberg Center is honored to present as its 2023 Weinberg Distinguished Speaker, “The Chiefs: Past and Present,” which will feature the following current and former Chief Justices from the Delaware Supreme Court:
 

• The Honorable Colins J. Seitz, Jr., Chief Justice, Delaware Supreme Court; and former Justice, Delaware Supreme Court
• The Honorable Myron T. Steele, former Chief Justice, Delaware Supreme Court, former Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery; and Senior Counsel, Potter, Anderson & Corroon LLP
• The Honorable Leo E. Strine, Jr., former Chief Justice, Delaware Supreme Court; former Chancellor, Delaware Court of Chancery; and Of Counsel, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

William M. Lafferty, a Partner at Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP, and Jennifer C. Voss, a Partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, will serve as moderators.
 

This program follows on last year’s program, “The Chancellors: Past and Present.”

DELAWARE LAW UPDATE

The Chiefs will be followed by a panel that will focus on recent developments and emerging issues in Delaware law.  The panel will be moderated by Blake Rohrbacher, Director at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.  The other participants will be:
