We can all be trendsetters in one way or another. But what role do each of us play in starting or spreading trends? In this workshop, students will explore the many applications of the Diffusion of Innovation theory. Students will be able to relate the 5 types of trendsetters to the practices of exemplary leadership outlined in the Leadership Challenge.

This workshop is presented by Advanced Tier 1 students and does count for Tier 1 Workshop credit.
