Many people consider the leader of the group to be the individual with the loudest voice. At times, introverts can be labeled as being too quiet or lacking the ability to lead.  In this workshop students will gain knowledge of characteristics and qualities commonly associated with introversion and through discussion and self-reflection articulate strengths associated with an introverted leader. We will discuss how certain skills and attributes related to introversion can be utilized as strengths. I will provide strategies for how students who identify as introverts to lead others. This session will empower students to utilize the skills and characteristics that are of importance to them to create change within their organizations.
