DESCRIPTION:Many people consider the leader of the group to be the individu
 al with the loudest voice. At times\, introverts can be labeled as being t
 oo quiet or lacking the ability to lead.  In this workshop students will g
 ain knowledge of characteristics and qualities commonly associated with in
 troversion and through discussion and self-reflection articulate strengths
  associated with an introverted leader. We will discuss how certain skills
  and attributes related to introversion can be utilized as strengths. I wi
 ll provide strategies for how students who identify as introverts to lead 
 others. This session will empower students to utilize the skills and chara
 cteristics that are of importance to them to create change within their or
 ganizations.
