Thriving Minds - Summer Youth Wellness Program

Youth are invited to this week-long series about mental well-being and coping strategies that will help in all areas of life. Fun indoor and outdoor interactive activities and guest workshops are planned throughout the week.

Youth will learn & Participate in:

• Self-regulation techniques
• Self-awareness skills
• How to build healthy relationships & the importance of a support system
• Empathy & Compassion Skills
• Fun in the arts, fitness, and socializing activities

Registration is now OPEN!

Space is limited to 30 registrants.

Ages 12-15

Youth are required to bring their own lunch.
