Please join The Women's Leadership Initiative and Lerner Diversity Council in recognition of Juneteenth this year as we invite The Honorable Karryl Hubbard, Secretary of Labor for the State of Delaware, to discuss the importance and impact of diverse leadership in the public sector.  Secretary Hubbard will also reflect on the impact of Covid-19 related to women’s unemployment and specifically, the disproportionate impact on women of color.  As we emerge from the grips of Covid-19, we will focus on what comes next for employers and the workforce as a pivotal part of the social and economic well-being of our society.
