UBelong provides a space for students to navigate adjustment to campus, process emotions and learn skills to manage concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationships or any challenges that are related to the experience of university life.

UBelong is held weekly, Monday through Thursday from 5:30–6:30 p.m. at Warner Hall and is open to all students. No registration is required. We encourage students to drop in and discover what a more immersive experience with others can accomplish in their daily life.
