UD-CIRTL: IRB Workshop
Join UD-CIRTL for our second workshop of the semester: Introduction to the Protection of Human Subjects in Research at UD.
This workshop will orient students to UD’s Institutional Review Board (IRB), the office that is responsible for reviewing research projects that involve human subjects. Classroom research (like CIRTL’s Teaching-as-Research project) often require approval from IRB, especially if you are interested in presenting your findings at a conference. Sound intimidating? The training process is all online, and there are people here on campus ready to help you think through the approvals that you might need. Join us to learn more. Food and drink will be provided!
