Join the Scholar Services team in the Center for Global Programs and Services for an in-depth review of H-1B Actual & Prevailing Wage Determinations. The session will include an interactive case study component, allowing participants to apply what they have learned in a collaborative setting. This session is intended for UD Faculty & Staff who are:

• HR Liaisons and Supervisors

• PIs, supervisors, etc. who work with visiting scholars

and foreign national employees

• Interested in learning more about the H-1B Actual & Prevailing Wage Determination processes

This workshop is not intended for visiting scholars or foreign national employees currently at UD.
