Personal Health Apps: When is enough, enough?
Personal Health Apps allow us to track everything from fitness and activity, weight, and our diets. These apps live on our phones, on our watches, and other wearable devices. Researchers agree that there is value to tracking personal health data, but at what point does it become too much?
This panel will discuss the pros and cons to personal health apps and help you learn an approach that will result in positive behavior change. Register here.
