Local community members, prospective students, and science lovers are encouraged to register for a free campus visit led by a knowledgeable team of docents and current students.
The important and exciting work of UD’s College of Earth, Ocean and Environment—which includes research on the marine environment from the Delaware Bay all the way to Antarctica—is featured throughout the visit.
Campus visits start promptly at 10:00 a.m. and last approximately 1.5-2 hours. In June, visits are available on Wednesday and Friday. In July and August, visits are available on Tuesday and Thursday. Visits are geared toward adults but children aged 7 and older are welcome to attend if a science-focused tour suits their interests and attention spans. Advanced registration is required.
