The University of Delaware Cooperative Extension will be hosting physical activity clubs throughout Delaware. Led by Walk+Roll Leaders who are CPR-certified, sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session and a cool down.

CAMDEN:

Club Location: Brecknock County Park

Meeting Location: Brecknock County Park, Pavilion #4, 80 Old Camden Rd., Camden, DE 19934. Parking lot located close to the pavilion.

SESSION 1: Wednesdays, Sept. 11 – Oct. 16, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

SESSION 2: Wednesdays, Oct. 23 – Nov. 20, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m.

Onsite registrations are welcomed and encouraged. Waivers are available at club locations and are required before participating. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork.
