Walk with Ease 6-Week Zoom Series
Taking part in the Walk With Ease (WWE) fitness program helps reduce your pain and improve your overall health. This proven program provides techniques to build and maintain a successful walking program and was created by experts at the Arthritis Foundation.
Join us for a 6-week hybrid program! The educational sessions will be held via Zoom on Mondays, September 20 through October 25, 2021, from 12 - 1 p.m. The physical activity portion of the program will be self-directed at your convenience. A minimum of three days per week is recommended.
