The University of Delaware Cooperative Extension will be hosting physical activity clubs throughout Delaware. Led by Walk+Roll Leaders who are CPR-certified, sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session and a cool down.
SEAFORD:
Club Location: Seaford Sports Complex Walking Path

If you are unable to meet the pre-registration deadline, onsite registrations are welcomed and encouraged. Waivers are available at club locations and are required prior to participating. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork.
