The University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, in partnership with community organizations throughout the state, will be hosting Walk+Roll community-based physical activity clubs at five (5) sites throughout Delaware:

 

  • Seaford
  • Seaford Sports Complex Walking Path, Wednesdays, 12 - 1 p.m.
  • Georgetown
  • Sandhill Fields, Fridays, 12 - 1 p.m.
  • Camden
  • Brecknock County Park, Wednesdays, 5 - 6 p.m.
  • Newark
  • Glasgow Park, Tuesdays, 10 - 11 a.m.
  • New Castle
  • Surratte Park, Tuesdays, 4 - 5 p.m.

WALK CLUB DATES AND TIMES VARY UPON LOCATION. Please visit our registration page for complete details regarding site addresses, dates, and times.

 

Led by Walk+Roll Leaders who are CPR-certified, sessions will consist of a warm-up, light stretching, a walking/rolling session and a cool down. Join us to walk and roll into better health!

 

The health and wellness of Walk+Roll club participants is of utmost importance. The Walk+Roll Club Leader(s) assigned to each site have the sole discretion to cancel a Walk+Roll club in the event of forecasted inclement weather. Club cancellations will be made via email.
