Ready to step into a healthier you? This October make every step count with Walktober! Over 4 weeks, challenge yourself to walk, move, and explore the great outdoors. Whether you're aiming to boost your fitness, enjoy the crisp fall air, or simply make activity a daily habit, Walktober is for YOU! 

 

Faculty, staff, retirees and household members ages 13 and older may participate at no cost. Compete as an individual, on a team or against yourself in this 4-week program designed to keep you motivated to move more this Fall. 

 

How it works: 

  • Sign up and commit to moving daily through October.
  • Join a team or compete as an individual.
  • Track your activity through a connected device or via the Walktober app starting October 1st.
  • Share pictures and cheer on your colleagues for extra motivation on the Walktober “walking wall.”
