Dr. Qian Xie, Thriving in Tech from Graduation to Retirement

About me:
I graduated from UDel ECE with PhD in the beginning of 2001. Since then, I have been working in the wireless industry and raising up two children.
The companies that I have worked for include big companies (like Intel, Broadcom and Apple) and startups.
Two children have been in or will go to top rank colleges.
I am now in gradual transition to retirement within 5+ years.
