Spiritual Wellness helps us to appreciate and value the world around us while finding balance and harmony in that world. It helps us to find purpose. It enables us to develop our own set of values, morals and principles. Join us to learn from the Student Wellness Ambassadors ways in which you can strengthen your spiritual wellness. We’ll learn how journalling can support our growth and we will also do some guided meditation.
