On Friday, November 21, the Department of Philosophy and the American Philosophical Association (APA) will jointly host a day of events celebrating the APA’s 125th anniversary and its 50 years headquartered at the University of Delaware. The APA is the nation’s organization for professional philosophers. The day will include talks about the significance of philosophy, lightning talks on philosophical topics, a public lecture by Amie Thomasson, Dartmouth College, and more.
