About this Event
Have you ever felt stressed or annoyed when you can't find your phone?
Or, been troubled seeing your children scrolling on social media or playing video games for hours at a time?
Join JT Frank, Founder of the Non-Profit Consequence of Habit for a FREE Lunch and Learn with Karen Johnston, UD 4-H Educator. JT served in the Air Force and now as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. He shares and understands about the impacts of both positive and negative habits, and will lead us in an insightful discussion on the effects of living in today's world where there are more dopamine inducing chemicals, including technology and behaviors than ever in history.
It's never been more important to understand the impacts our habits have on our well being. This talk is meant to connect our behaviors with our habits and the correlation they often have on our mental and physical health and happiness. This FREE presentation is part of the DE 4-H series for National Drug Facts Week.
This program is brought to you by University of Delaware Cooperative Extension, a service of the UD College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, a land-grant institution.
This institution is an equal opportunity provider. If you have special needs that need to be accommodated, please contact the office two weeks prior to the event.
