The University of Delaware School Success Center is proud to announce the 7th Annual Women Leading Delaware Education Conference, a networking and professional learning event for educators in P-12 and higher education settings. This event will address issues specific to women in leadership and provides an opportunity for current and aspiring leaders to convene for an impactful day of connection, introspection and inspiration.

The 2025 conference theme is THRIVE in 2025 and features multiple breakout session options and networking opportunities. Our Keynote Session will be facilitated by Minette Norman and sponsored by the Educator Excellence Workgroup at the Delaware Department of Education
