CANCELED

Your ‘personal pit crew’ is the social network that brings you chicken soup when you’re sick, helps you celebrate a big promotion and makes you laugh after a hard day. The quality of your social connections is an important predictor of your overall health & wellbeing. Individuals who maintain healthy social connections and receive adequate social support tend to live longer, happier, healthier lives.

In this 3-part series you will learn how your personal pit crew helps keep you well; sharpen your tools for building healthy social connections; and create a personal action plan to strengthen and maintain meaningful connections with others. Register here.

This event is FREE and open to all UD Employees, Spouses, and Retirees. Registration is required for each individual workshop.
