Learned some wonderful things, met some really informative people and ate some really great food! I thought it was a huge success.

This is a much needed education program to have

I thought the class was very informative. There seem to be a good amount of participation. It good hearing what other people are dealing with.

The physical conditions in which this wonderful enterprise is expected to operate are pathetic. This year, it has been banished to a forlorn remote southern parking lot, crammed under a pop-up canopy that is better suited to a child's lemonade stand. Meanwhile, Aramark gets to operate their "farmers markets" (ahem) in premium central campus locations and gets to move them inside the Perkins Student Center if the weather gets too uncomfortable. I'm sure Aramark would welcome Fresh-to-You to operate side by side with them. While you're at it, wanna buy a bridge?
